Hereby, you grant your consent to the company Betria with its registered office atStreet 123, 123 45, City, company registration No 123 45 678, registered at the County court inCity, Section X, entry 12345 (hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”) to process the following personal data within the meaning of theRegulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation”):
- jméno a příjmení osoby provádějící rezervaci;
- její adresy bydliště;
- kontaktní e-mail;
- kontaktní telefonní číslo;
- informace o délce a termínu pobytu;
- informace o počtu ubytovaných osob;
- případně další osobní údaje, které jsou nutné pro rezervaci ubytování.
The above stated personal datawill be processedfor the purpose of keeping records and invoicing of the accommodation booking. These personaldata will be processedfor 5 years from the creation of accommodation booking at the most.
You can take your consent back at any time, and thus by sendinga letter, or elsean e-mail. The withdrawal of your consent results in deletingthe data from our database, excluding databeing required by the law on records of accommodated persons, or else data necessary for invoicing.
The personal data processing will be done by the Administrator. However, following processors can process the personal data for him, too:
- hosting and reservation system provider Betria, company Betria s.r.o., based: Nová 497, 696 21 Prušánky, Czech Republic, ID: 117 28 744,
- Self-employers providing marketing services,
- Self-employerproviding accounting services,
- Or elseother persons whose services are not used by the Administrator at the moment.
Please, take into account that, according to the Regulation, you have the right to:
- Take your consent back at any time,
- Require the information from us which of your personal data are processed,
- Require access to those data from usand to let those data update or adjust, or else to require restriction ofprocessing,
- Require the deletion of those personal data from us–unless it concerns personal data which we are obliged or entitled to process henceforthaccording to the respective legal regulations,
- Lodge a complaintwith the Data ProtectionAuthorityand to exercise your right ofeffectivejudicial protection if you assume that your rights according to the Regulation were violatedas a consequence of processing your personal data contrary to the Regulation.
